Romantic property with cheap rooms and marvellous location. Supper friendly and pretty friendly staff onsite. Excellent food, good breakfast. Certainly a wonderful experience for short stay in Playa del Carmen.

The hotel has a great and incredible location near all the clubs, with easy access to stores and boutiques. Restaurant Bar Fah is just a 5-minute walk away for incredible shots. - the room features a balcony, closet space, and a very comfy bed.

I had a wonderful stay at Illusion Boutique Hotel. The location was perfect, just a minute walk to the beach and close to all the action on 5th Avenue. The breakfast included was delicious and I enjoyed sitting on the patio to eat every morning. The rooftop was a great place to relax in the evenings and take in the views. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like part of the family. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We enjoyed the hotel and its amazing staff. The location of the hotel was perfect. The room had a TV with satellite channels, a personal safe, and a mini-fridge, which were all great amenities. We had a delicious lunch at Carboncitos, which was just a short walk away from the hotel. The hotel definitely lived up to its 4-star rating.
